General terms and conditions for ReproTraining events
- Participation in a practical workshop is only possible with a veterinary license and liability insurance that is valid on the workshop date.
Veterinarians and students with a valid student ID are allowed to take part in the lectures, theoretical seminars and online seminars.
- The number of participants in the training events is limited.
- The course registration is done by filling out the online registration form. When submitting the form, the participant enters into a contractual agreement with ReproTraining and undertakes to transfer the participation fee within ten days of receipt of the invoice, at the latest when the registration deadline before the event.
- The participant undertakes to pass on all changes in the contact details to ReproTraining in order to enable smooth training communication.
- ReproTraining is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We only use your personal data to provide the information you have requested. You can revoke your consent at any time. Further information on revocation, our data protection procedures and how we protect and respect your privacy can be found in our data protection declaration.
Cancellation policy and disclaimer
- A written cancellation of the registration and reimbursement of the participation fee is possible up to 14 days before the start of the event, deducting a processing fee of 25% (at least € 25). Unfortunately, later cancellations cannot be considered. The provision of a substitute participant is possible. A processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged for this.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the workshop program. If the program is changed or speakers are exchanged, the participation fees will neither be reimbursed nor reduced.
- Handouts, presentations and recordings are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially in any form - even in part - without the consent of the speakers.
- The organizer is entitled to have photographs, drawings and film recordings made of the training events, the participants and the lectures and to use them for advertising, internet and press publications.
- ReproTraining assumes no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies in the content of the presentations and documentation.
- The organizer excludes any further liability for personal injury and property damage and limits this in accordance with legal Provisions on intent and gross negligence.
- If the event is not possible due to force majeure, infection preotection, disruptions at the venue or insufficient number of participants, the participants will be informed immediately. A claim for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs as well as lost work is excluded.
