The Online Seminars „News in Equine Reproduction and Clinical Cases“ on November 27th and 28th 2024 summarize new studies with a high practice impact presented on recent international conferences and literature. Furthermore, the speakers present clinical cases to highlight recent diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations in equine reproduction. Both seminars and discussions are recorded and available until July 1st 2025 (4 CPD hours).
News from ISER and Clinical Cases - Online seminars on demand
The Online Seminars „News from ISER and Clinical Cases“ summarized new studies with a high practice impact presented at the International Symposium for Equine Reproduction (ISER) XIII in Brazil 2023. Furthermore, the speakers presented clinical cases to highlight recent diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations in equine reproduction. The recordings of both seminars and discussions are recorded and available until July 1st 2025 (4 CPD hours).
The problem mare I - on demand
The BEVA approved online continuing education course program "The problem mare I" covers important clinical aspects of problem mares including managing mares in transition, AI management with fresh and frozen thawed semen, ovarian abnormalities, hysteroscopy, endometritis, ET and OPU-ICSI. Recordings are available until July 1st 2025 (7 CE hours).
The problem mare II - on demand
The BEVA-approved online continuing education course program "The problem mare II" covers further aspects (oestrus suppression, barren mare work up and panell discussions on PPID and EMS in broodmares, rational use of antibiotics and the new EU-regulations and Progesterone). Recordings are available on demand until July 1st 2025 (9 CE hours).
Pregnant mare and foal I - on demand
The BEVA approved online continuing education course program "Pregnant mare and foal I" covers important aspects of the pregnant mare and the foal (Early pregnancy loss), twin management, fetal sexing, placentitis, dystocia, ultrasonography in the foal).
The recordings of the live online seminars are available until June 1st 2025 (7 CE hours).
Pregnant Mare and Foal II - on demand
The BEVA approved online continuing education course program “Pregnant mare and foal II” covers further aspects (high-risk pregnancy, pre-partum emergencies, postpartum management, perineal surgery, emergency resuscitation of the foal, panell discussion controversaries and conflicts). Recordings are available until July 1st 2025 (10 CE hours).
Pregnant Mare and Foal III - Live online seminars and on demand
The third BEVA-approved online continuing education course program “Pregnant Mare and Foal III” covered new aspects of the pregnant mare and the foal (medication in pregnant mares, deworming and feeding of pregnant mares and foals and infectious diseases - EAV, EHV, lung infections in foals). Recordings are available until July 1st 2025 (9 CE hours).
Clinical cases - on demand
Clinical cases in the field of equine reproductive medicine were discussed in the BEVA-approved online seminars "Clinical cases". The seminars focus on ovarian abnormalities, fetal sexing, dystocia, endometritis, premature udder development and cases from the participants' practice. The seminars are recorded and available on demand until July 1st 2025 (6 CE hours).
Fit into the breeding season - Journal club
Current issues in the field of equine reproductive medicine were discussed in the live online journal club "Fit into the breeding season". Clinical topics in recent literature and congress contributions were discussed and practice-oriented illustrated by clinical cases. The seminars and discussions were recorded and are available online until July 1st 2025 (5 CE hours).
